Given the current political climate, many same sex couples have developed an urgent desire to learn what estate planning tools may be used to ensure that their spouse has the legal authority to  manage affairs in the event of an accident and/or receive an inheritance, should the worst occur.

This no cost seminar is designed to address the various types of legal documents that can and should be put into place now to avoid future problems such as various powers of attorney, last will and testament, and revocable living trusts.
